This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through the SpaGen platform (spagen.net) operated by 2633134 Alberta Inc. Hardware purchases made through laspas.ca are subject to that store's separate return policy.
1. Free Trial
All new SpaGen accounts include a one (1) year free trial. No payment information is required during the trial period. You will be notified before any charge is made.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you are charged for a subscription and wish to request a refund, the following terms apply:
- Within 7 days of a charge: Full refund issued upon request, no questions asked.
- After 7 days: Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged going forward if you cancel.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and your account will remain accessible until the period ends.
4. Hardware Returns
SpaGen hardware (Salt System Plus, Gecko In.Touch bundle, pH module) is sold through laspas.ca. Please refer to the return policy on that store for hardware refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims. Hardware that has been installed and used cannot be returned unless it is defective.
5. Defective or Non-Functional Hardware
If your SpaGen hardware is defective upon arrival or fails within the warranty period, please contact us directly. We will work to repair, replace, or refund the hardware at our discretion.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
